We spoke with George Stewart, National Account Manager, from Enotria&Coe, who shared his thoughts on their experience working with Entegra:

Laying the Foundation: A Year of Collaboration and Growth

The relationship between Entegra and Enotria&Coe was reignited in early 2024, sparked by a shared opportunity to service Hyatt Regency Hotels. Reflecting on the year, George notes, “2024 was truly a ground-setting year for both businesses. It gave us the chance to learn about each other’s strengths, capabilities, and long-term goals.”

This renewed partnership quickly gained momentum as both teams worked on tenders, exchanged valuable insights, and built rapport between key stakeholders. “The focus for the year was integration,” George explains. “With new faces in both organisations, introductions were a priority, as was establishing a seamless business rhythm. By the close of 2024, we had achieved this effectively, thanks to the collaboration between Sam, Kit, Mariana, Simon, and Dawn from Entegra.”

Enotria&Coe also appointed George to oversee joint opportunities with Entegra, as well as to manage existing accounts. “Partnering with Kirsty in operations allowed us to delve deeper into back-of-house processes and operations,” he adds. This hands-on approach set the stage for a collaborative and productive relationship heading into the next year.

Driving Success: Goals and Opportunities for 2025

As the partnership progresses, George is optimistic about the road ahead. “2025 is about building on the solid foundation of the previous year and spring boarding into opportunities that benefit Entegra, Enotria&Coe, and our shared customer base,” he says.

A key focus will be increasing awareness of Enotria&Coe among Entegra’s account manager and director teams. “It’s important that Entegra’s teams understand who we are and what we bring to the table,” George explains. Supporting Entegra’s account managers in driving beverage spend growth is another priority. “We’re also working to develop a time-efficient quoting tool for E&C to support new joint ventures,” he adds, “and to establish best practices for managing shared customer opportunities.”

George is enthusiastic about what lies ahead. “I’ve been impressed by the professionalism and collaborative spirit of everyone I’ve worked with at Entegra so far. Their eagerness to find shared solutions for our customers gives me confidence in the future of this partnership. I’m excited to see where 2025 will take us.”
